- From the very first pedal stroke, riders notice a significant improvement. The SPCE drivetrain enhances lap times by a minimum of 2.4 to 2.8%.
- Additionally, it reduces vibrations by increasing the number of teeth on the chainring and sprocket. This decreases the polygon effect and the wrap-around angle, bringing its operation closer to that of a belt drive but without the drawbacks.
Optimized Mechanical Efficiency
- All riders experience reduced effort for the same gear ratio.
- Thanks to a smaller chain pitch, the positioning of the rear wheel becomes more precise. Indeed, one tooth on the SPCE chainring corresponds to approximately half a tooth on a standard chainring, significantly improving gear adjustment.
- The diameter of our chainrings is smaller, making installation on different frames easier. For instance, our SPCE 85-tooth chainring = ∅ 194 mm, whereas a standard 52-tooth chainring = ∅ 218.5 mm.
Reliability and Durability Guaranteed
- Our chainrings are crafted from 7075 aluminum, making them 71% more resistant than those made from 6061 aluminum. They are machined from solid material and anodized for greater longevity.
- The sprockets, made of stainless steel, undergo thermal treatment to enhance their hardness.
- Furthermore, the tensioner absorbs stiff points and ensures a constant chain tension, guaranteeing optimal engagement and preventing derailment.
