SPCE BMX front sprocket

The special shape of the SPCE BMX front sprocket is the result of optimisation using Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation. This increases the resistance and considerably reduces the weight.

        • Axis distance : 104 mm – 4-bolt fixing for SPCE BMX chain
        • Size : 75 to 85 teeth – 5 mm
        • Weight : 97 g to 117 g depending on the number of teeth

        Choose your SPCE front sprocket

The AllYoogs® SPCE front sprockets are machined by CNC in France from 7075-T6 aluminium (stronger than 6061). This material guarantees a lightness and above all a very high resistance of the product thanks to the hard anodising. This treatment gives our products a longer life.

SPCE BMX stainless steel rear sprocket

The SPCE stainless steel cog is machined by CNC in France. This material guarantees lightness and, above all, very high product resistance thanks to heat treatment. This treatment increases hardness and durability.
        • Type : rear sprocket for Single-speed cassette
        • Size : 28 and 30 teeth – 4 mm
        • Weight : 37 to 42 g depending on the number of teeth
        Choose your SPCE rear sprocket

SPCE chain tensioner

Our SPCE chain tensioner fits on most* BMX Race frames to ensure constant chain tension and therefore solving the recurring problems riders have had for years. Our product is discreet, compact and designed for single speed.

Benefits of the AllYoogs SPCE chain tensioner :

  • Tensioner that absorbs the tightening point and ensures constant chain tension thanks to the spring and stop.
  • It ensures that the chain is permanently engaged in all the teeth of the rear sprocket, allowing high power transmission.
  • Change the front sprocket in a few minutes, without any effort !
  • Tension the chain without moving the rear wheel.
  • The original tensioners simply adjust the rear wheel position and no longer interfere with the chain tension.
  • Quick change of the front sprocket from 2 to 3 teeth (+1 and -1 minimum).
  • The large size of the bearing reduces its rotational speed, which considerably increases its life and load capacity. It’s diameter also limits vibrations.
  • Available in 10 mm bolt and 12, 15 and 20 mm axles
  • Tensioner sprocket made of low-friction, low-noise technical plastic.
  • The bracket fits between the frame and the wheel.
  • Completely stainless
  • Easy to maintain and remove.
  • The use of the SPCE chain tensioner is mandatory to obtain the results announced for the SPCE drivetrain kit!

How to choose your SPCE drivetrain ?

1. Development calculated in mm with a 20 x 1.3/8 tyre

In the table below, find the value indicated at the intersection of the front sprocket and the rear sprockets.

For example: rear sprocket = 16 and front sprocket = 42. The value to be taken into account = 442.0

CLASSIC FRONT SPROCKET 4-bolt 104 mm – 20 x 1.3/8 TYRE
REAR SPROCKET404142434445

16421.0431.5442.0452,5463,1473,6
15449,0460,3471,5

To obtain the SPCE equivalence :

In the table, find the value that is closest to the one found in the table above (equal or greater value).

Example with 442.0 : we advise you to use a 30 rear sprocket with a 79 front sprocket.

2. Development calculated in mm with a 20 x 1.6 tyre

In the table below, find the value indicated at the intersection of the front sprocket and the rear sprockets.

For example : – rear sprocket = 16 and front sprocket = 45. The value to be taken into account = 436.3
